Bahram Amin: Founder & CEO

With over three decades of experience in the cement industry, Bahram Amin brings deep technical knowledge and leadership to Afzayeh Sazan. A Mining Engineering graduate from the Polytechnic University of Tehran (Class of 1990, with honors), he previously served as Vice President of Abadeh Cement Co. for 15 years and has specialized in oil well cement formulation and production throughout his career. Jafar Ramezani: Co-Founder & COO

Jafar Ramezani holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, with specialization in thermodynamics and kinetics. He has authored and co-authored publications on advanced polymer systems, fluid behavior, and combustion modeling, and has been recognized as an excellent student at multiple stages of his academic career. With research and practical experience in petrochemicals, oil institutes, and chemical engineering education, he brings strong technical expertise and a track record of innovation to ASH Co.
